This is a brilliant opportunity to join one of the largest food and beverage operations in the city.
Based smack in the middle of Manchester city centre the hotel attracts a huge amount of conference and banqueting, events, corporate business and leisure guest to the hotel.
The food operation has multiple outlets including bars, restaurants, breakfast, lunch, CB, weddings and events.
Your role amongst all of this is to support the Food and Beverage manager with full operational know how. Managing large teams, being smart enough to forecast, plan, budget and having the coaching skills to bring the best out of your team are all key ingredients.
Day to day tasks will include;
- Support the FB Manager with all operational duties
- Working across multiple outlets
- Managing, coaching and motivating a large team
- Conference and banqueting operations
- Forecasting, Rotas, Planning, budgeting
- Delivering world class service to guests
This is no ordinary F&B role and we are looking for super hard working, talented individuals.
Working in a hotel perviously is absolutely essential to my clients requirements. And ideally you will have knowledge of running events of more than 150 guests.
Its a cracking opportunity for a candidate wishing to gain some real volume experience at a 4 star level.
