It is ESSENTIAL that you have at least 12 months management experience of working within a hotel or public house. Ideally you will have a food background and must be willing to 'sleep over' at the hotel 2 days per week.

Our client based in the heart of Lichfield has an exciting opportunity to join the team as an Assistant Manager.
You will be working along side other Assistant Managers at the hotel reporting in to the General Manager.
The hotel is buzzing and the team (led by an inspirational GM) are fully on board with quality standards and customer service.
Your job as an assistant hotel manager is to keep the teams from all of the departments focussed, motivated and on task.
With the role being based across multiple departments its a great opportunity to add some diversity to your background.
Your main duties will be;
- Managing, training and coaching
- Carrying out Duty Manager shifts
- Completing rota's
- Supporting the management team in the hotel
- Delivering world class service and leading by example
We are ideally looking for someone with a food and beverage background - either a restaurant or food and beverage supervisor within a hotel. My client is also open to meeting supervisors or assistant managers who work in a quality public house/bar.
