Our client based in the heart of Leeds are looking for a talented Assistant Front of House Manager.
The hotel is a well established national chain.
This role is a managing the reception area within the hotel, nights and the concierge team.
Your main duties will be;
- Managing, training and coaching
- Carrying out Duty Manager shifts
- Managing complaints and escalated issues from guests
- Completing rota's
- Supporting the management team in the hotel
- Delivering world class service and leading by example
