It is ESSENTIAL that you have at least 1 years experience of working as a CDP within another hotel or Restaurant.

Are you a talented commis chef looking for your next move? or an established CDP looking to cook fresh food in one of the cities best hotels?

My client is looking for a Chef with experience of working in a kitchen that cooks food from scratch. 

Day to day activities will include;

  • Working with the Head Chef and Sous chef on new and exciting dishes
  • Supervising a section within the kitchen
  • Support with Rotas and stock Management
  • Cooking brilliant food

Candidates who are not working for a hotel, or within the hospitality industry at this time will not be considered, sorry.
