It is ESSENTIAL that you have at least 1 years experience working as a Commis chef for a hotel. 

Also, due to the location of my client you will need to have your own transport.

My client is a fantastic establishment with a very large team looking for a Chef de partie to join the crew.

Its a branded hotel so there is plenty of opportunity to develop and progress, whilst still being in the thick of the action. Its based on the outskirts of Bristol.

Day to day activities will include;

  • Working with the Head Chef and Sous chef on new and exciting dishes
  • Supervising a section within the kitchen
  • Support with Rotas and stock Management
  • Cooking brilliant food

Candidates who are not working for a hotel, or within the hospitality industry at this time will not be considered, sorry.
