It is ESSENTIAL that you have at least 1 years experience working as a Commis chef for a hotel. 

Also, due to the location of my client you will need to have your own transport.

What a place to work!

Our client, a country house based close to Cheltenham, is looking for a talented Chef De Partie. 

Its a creative kitchen and you will be cooking fresh, innovative dishes. The kitchen has a talented brigade and your skills will compliment to the team.

As a Chef De Partie you will managing your own section in the kitchen. You will lead, inspire and be passionate about cooking.


Day to day activities will include;

  • Leading a section within the kitchen
  • Supporting with other duties such as ordering, stock management and rotation 
  • Cooking amazing food
  • Working closely with the Sous chef in supporting the kitchen operation 
  • Health and Safety

Ideally we are looking for a Chef that is already working in a busy hotel kitchen. If you have any Rosette experience, fantastic. However its essential you have at least 2 years cooking experience at a good level.
