Are you a talented commis chef looking for your next move? or an established Chef de partie looking for a new challenge?

My client is a fantastic establishment with a very large team looking for a Chef de partie to join the crew.

Its a branded hotel so there is plenty of opportunity to develop and progress, whilst still being in the thick of the action. Its based in central Glasgow and the hotel is simply buzzing at the moment.

Day to day activities will include;

  • Working with the Head Chef and Sous chef on new and exciting dishes
  • Supervising a section within the kitchen
  • Support with Rotas and stock Management
  • Cooking brilliant food

Candidates who are not working for a hotel, or within the hospitality industry at this time will not be considered, sorry.
