The role has the usual bells and whistles of a Deputy General Manager description including;

  • Full operational accountability
  • Excellent commercial acumen 
  • Managing the HOD’s
  • Reporting in to the management group
  • Full P&L management

But will also include:

  • Drive yourself and the hotel to achieve amazing results
  • Be an ambassador for the brand

We are looking for established Managers who are either looking for a fresh move, or a new challenge. Although my client would not rule our a Food and Beverage manager who is ready for the next step.
