Well we have a fantastic opportunity to work for a lovely hotel.
The role of Duty Manager works closely with the Food and Beverage Manager and General Manager to ensure food for the hotel is served at a very high standard.
Day to day duties include;
- Delivering world class customer service
- Hotel duty manager shifts
- Supervising the food operation within the hotel
- Support with planning the rota's, forecasting, budgets
- Report into the Food and Beverage Manager and General Manager
Ideally we are looking for candidates who currently work in the hotel industry in a food related role with some management or supervisory experience.
