A fantastic opportunity has become available working as an Duty Operations Manager for a brilliant hotel.

As an Duty Operations Manager you will be supporting the Operations Manager and General Manager with the overall running of the hotel.

Its a great opportunity for a talented Hotel candidate to develop into a senior role within the hotel.

Naturally you will need many strings to your bow and this role includes  Front of house, back of house, Food and beverage and other departments within the hotel.

Duties will include;

  • Leading a team 
  • Managing operations including process, quality, standards
  • Planning, budgeting for the hotel 
  • Hotel P&L responsibilities  
  • Auditing, reporting and ensuring standards are met
  • Working towards key KPI’s
  • Deputising for the hotel and ops manager
  • Responsible for Health and safety and safe working practices

This role is not for the faint hearted and we are looking for established managers or supervisors with excellent operations standards within a hotel.
