Our client based on the outskirts of Telford is currently looking for a talented Duty Food and Beverage Manager.

As a Duty Manager you will be responsible for the smooth and successful running for the reasonably sized hotel food operation. Which include the restaurant, bar and functions for the hotel.

You will report directly into the Operations Manager. 

Day to day tasks will include;

  • Managing the Restaurant and Bars team
  • Supporting the senior management team at the hotel
  • Duty Manager shifts 
  • Ensuring the food served by the hotel is of the highest quality
  • Manage all aspects of health and safety
