Food and Beverage Operations Manager


It is ESSENTIAL that you have at least 2 years working as a Food and Beverage Manager within a hotel, or at least 12 Months as an Operations manager. 

We are only considering candidates who currently work for a hotel for this role.

This is a super opportunity for an experienced food and beverage manager to take the next step.

Its a number 2 role. So be prepared to step in the the GM shoes when called upon.

The hotel is a busy branded operation. Due to its location its very popular with Asian weddings. 

We are looking for strong operators. Asian wedding knowledge is not essential, but the skills of a leader, strong on process, is essential.

The role has the usual duties of an Operations Manager;

  • Managing all food and beverage outlets in the hotel
  • Working along side the GM on strategy, process and planning
  • Deputise for the GM
  • Operational excellence
  • Managing a large team

As mentioned, this is a perfect opportunity for a Food and Beverage Manager to take the next step and get some experience at the next level. As well as having the support from the GM, branded SOPS are in place so  you can focus on motivating the team to achieve excellent standards.
