It is ESSENTIAL that you have at least 12 months experience of working as an Assistant Reception Manager, preferably within a 4 star hotel.

This is a cracking opportunity to join one of Bristols most iconic hotels as a Front of House Manager.
The role will be leading the reception team and ensuring that guests receive excellent customer service.
You will be motivating and coaching a team of talented Receptionist and ensuring that operation procedures are carried out.
Your main duties will be;
- Managing, training and coaching
- Carrying out Duty Manager shifts
- Managing complaints and escalated issues from guests
- Completing rota's
- Supporting the management team in the hotel
- Delivering world class service and leading by example
