It is ESSENTIAL that you have at least 12 months experience of working as a Head Chef for another hotel, or you may mer an experienced Sous chef looking for the next step.

Due to the location you will also need your own transport.

We are looking for a talented HEAD CHEF for our client based in North of Bristol.

This is an exciting opportunity. The general manager is open to a Head Chef joining the hotel and introducing his or her own menu/style of food. 

The team is also in transition too, so you will have a say in which Sous chef the hotel hires. 

Candidates will need to;

  • Build and lead a team
  • Cook amazing food
  • Budgets, PL, forecast and cost control
  • Report into the General Manager 
  • Bring innovative ideas and introduce new dishes
