My client - a branded 4 star hotel based in the heart of Birmingham, is looking for a talented Head Housekeeper.
The role reports into the Senior Management team within the hotel and you will be working as a Head of department.
Its a large hotel, with a good size team to manage. As you can expect with a Head of Department position the role is loaded with duties such as;
- Coaching and managing a large team of housekeepers
- Report to the Senior Management team
- Working towards exceptional cleaning standards
- Cost control and working with budgets
- Linen management
- Planning and rotas
- Deliver excellent service

We are looking for established Head Housekeepers that know their stuff. You will have at least 12 months experience of working already as a head housekeeper and you must have knowledge of stock control, ordering, budgets and leading a large team of cleaners.
