My client based on the outskirts of Manchester city centre (South) is looking for a talented Junior Sous Chef to join the team.
Its a 4 star branded hotel so everything is freshly cooked to a very high standard. A large part of the role is conference and banqueting as well as a la carte.
There's plenty of opportunity to develop and progress in the role and you will be working for company that is successful and leader in the area.
Day to day activities will include;
- Working with the Head Chef on new and exciting dishes
- Supervising the brigade
- Support with Rotas and stock Management
- Cooking brilliant food
- Prepare and cook for large conference and banqueting functions
Ideally you will be a strong CDP looking for a promotion. Working for a hotel will also be advantageous.
