Our client based on the heart of Bristol is looking for a Junior Sous chef to join the well established talented team.

Day to day activities will include;

  • Working with the Head and Sous Chef on new and exciting dishes
  • Supervising the brigade
  • Support with Rotas and stock Management
  • Cooking brilliant food

Candidates will need to have at least 5 years experience of working as a chef, and at least 2 years in a CDP role.
