Based on the west side of Manchester this hotel occupies a good spot for corporate business, yet still attracts weekend guests.
The hotel is a branded 3 star operation.
You will be cooking a mix of food with fresh ingredients. The menu is varied with international cuisine.
Is a mixed brigade with some new faces and established chefs.
As a chef de partie you will be managing a section within the kitchen.
Being a good cook first and foremost. You will also need to be up to speed with HACCP. My client is looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated chef. If you like to move roles every 6 months, this vacancy may not be for you.
My client is also looking for a candidate with at least 12 months cooking within a hotel environment.
You may not want to work in the city centre and West Manchester may be very close to you. Additionally, you may be a commis chef looking for natural progression and a pay rise.
This role is a 40 hour contract. And the salary is a handsome £20k per year.
