This is a wonderful opportunity to join a buzzing, vibrant team.
You will be working for a hotel based in the heart of Manchester, and a brand that is really going places.
Your role will be to take incoming enquiries from customers, be it group or individual bookings and convert them. The role is centred around the customer and you will be delivering brilliant service on every single call. The role will also include administration – updating records and inputting data.
Day to day task will include;
- Delivering world class customer service
- Taking incoming calls from customers
- Converting enquiries
- Working as part of a buzzing team
- Working towards targets
- Working in a call centre environment
This role is working 5 days our of 7 between the hours of 8am and 8pm. Usually you will work between 1 and 2 weekends per month. So, being flexible is key to this role.
It is also preferable that you have used the ‘opera’ hotel system previously but not essential.
