The role is working within the Meeting and Events sales office within the hotel. The role is a bit of a mixed bag, so you will need to be adaptable and open to different challenges.
Managing a driven and hungry team, converting leads, influencing other departments within in the hotel and different stakeholders including chef, operations, revenue and HOD's.
We are hoping to recruit an established and successful team player -working for another hotel - but hungry for a new challenge.
My client is well established in Manchester. So you will be working for a brand with excellent structure, process, management team and the role has all the trimmings to get your juices flowing.
Typical duties include;
- Leading a team
- Influencing others within the hotel
- The ability to sell as well as converting business
- Building solid relationships with established and loyal clients
