Restaurant Manager £19k


It is ESSENTIAL that you have at least 1 years experience of working in a Restaurant or hotel food operation ideally as an Assistant Manager. However we would consider strong Supervisors from a hotel or fresh food restaurant background (not fast food).

Our client's hotel is ideally situated in-between Bradford, Wakefield and Barnsley and has good motorway links.

The role is to lead and manage the restaurant functions within the hotel.

The restaurant has recently been relaunched and its a great opportunity to take the reigns. 

Your role as Restaurant Manager will be leading the team in the Restaurant to maintain high standards in the food being served and the service being delivered.

Day to day tasks will include;

  • Lead and inspire the team
  • Present fresh, tasty cooked food for the your customers and develop a reputation for quality and service 
  • Working with the senior management team
  • Achieve department budgets and forecast
  • Manage certain aspects of health and safety
  • Reporting in to GM

The ideal candidate?

Someone with a strong work ethic who has worked in a hotel previously either as an Assistant Manager or an experienced Supervisor.
