It is ESSENTIAL that you have at least 2 years experience of working in a Restaurant or hotel food operation as an Assistant Manager. Ideally you will also have rosette experience as this is a fine dining operation.

Our client based close to Nantwich are currently looking for a Restaurant Manager.
Your role as Restaurant Manager will be Leading the team in the Restaurant to maintain high standards in food served and service delivered.
Day to day tasks will include;
- Working with the senior management team
- Ensuring the food served by the hotel is of the highest quality
- Achieve department budgets and forecast
- Manage certain aspects of health and safety
- Reporting in to GM
We are ideally looking for established Restaurant or Food Managers who are currently working for a hotel or similar role or assistant managers looking for the next step.
