Reception Manager £22k


Ideally we are looking for an Assistant reception looking for a next step. However we would consider a very strong supervisor who has worked in a busy, large hotel and has some management experience.

Due to the location you will need your own transport.

Our client based in Lancashire is based between Preston and Wigan. Set in beautiful countryside the hotel caters for weekenders and business guests. The hotel is also host to a number of different functions.

Its a great opportunity. The hotel has recently appointed a new General Manager so there is a real buzz around the place.

You will also have a dotted line into other departments such as Reservations and Housekeeping, so it is a hands on role.

Typical duties will include:

  • Managing, training and coaching
  • Lead a team by inspiring and innovating 
  • Linking in with other departments in the hotel
  • Managing escalated issues from guests
  • Delivering world class service and leading by example

This is an excellent opportunity for either a strong Front of House Supervisor or an established Assistant Reception Manager looking for development. Its an exciting role and we are looking for candidates with passion and drive to bring something new to the hotel.
