It is ESSENTIAL that you have at least 2 years experience working as a Chef de partie for a hotel or Restaurant. 

As the hotel is not on a public transport route, you will need to have your own transport.

Our client based in the North of Bristol is looking for a Sous chef to join the team.

Its a branded hotel so there is plenty of opportunity to develop and progress, whilst still being in the thick of the action. 

Day to day activities will include;

  • Working with the Head Chef on new and exciting dishes
  • Supervising the brigade
  • Support with Rotas and stock Management
  • Cooking brilliant food
