Our client based in the city centre of Liverpool is looking for a Sous chef to join the team.

The hotel is looking to shape a team packed full of talented and skilled chefs. 

Its a branded hotel so there is plenty of opportunity to develop and progress, whilst still being in the thick of the action. 

Day to day activities will include;

  • Working with the Head Chef on new and exciting dishes
  • Supervising the brigade
  • Support with Rotas and stock Management
  • Cooking brilliant food

Candidates who are not working for a hotel, or within the hospitality industry at this time will not be considered, sorry.
