Our client based in the beautiful Cheshire countryside is looking for a talented Sous Chef.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a chef to join a beautiful venue and a talented kitchen brigade.

The kitchen cooks fresh, contemporary food and has many awards for its high quality dishes.

Day to day activities will include;

  • Working with the Head Chef on new and exciting dishes
  • Supervising the brigade
  • Support with Rotas and stock Management
  • Cooking fresh food
