It is ESSENTIAL that you have at least 2 years experience working as a CDP within hotels.

My client is a small, friendly yet branded hotel north of Birmingham.
The hotel is very established and the kitchen team are settled.
My client is looking for a number 2 to join the team and work alongside the Head Chef.
The hotel has multi, yet small outlets including a brasserie, pub snacks and some conferencing and banqueting.
Day to day activities will include;
- Working with the Head Chef on new and exciting dishes
- Supervising the brigade
- Support with Rotas and stock Management
- Cooking brilliant food
Candidates who are not working for a hotel, or within the hospitality industry at this time will not be considered, sorry.
