Are you a talented Junior Sous chef or a strong Chef de partie looking for your next move?

The hotel has recently had a new head chef and is looking to shape a team packed full of talented and skilled chefs. 

Its a branded hotel so there is plenty of opportunity to develop and progress, whilst still being in the thick of the action. 

Day to day activities will include;

  • Working with the Head Chef on new and exciting dishes
  • Supervising the brigade
  • Support with Rotas and stock Management
  • Cooking brilliant food

Candidates who are not working for a hotel, or within the hospitality industry at this time will not be considered, sorry.
