Wedding Co-ordinator £17k


It is ESSENTIAL that you have at least 12 Months experience working within hotel events OR an events graduate with some events experience.

An opportunity has arisen with one of our clients for a wedding coordinator.

The role is based in a beautiful hotel in Aberdeen.

Your day-to-day duties are to manage all of the wedding enquiries and support the operations team with planning and organising successful weddings for guests.

Some of the tasks will include:

  • Receiving incoming enquires
  • Showing customers around the hotel facilities
  • Handle pricing 
  • Manage the logistics of each event
  • Complete relevant tracking forms and administration
  • Deliver world-class service
